i think it looks well cool

It's pretty good. I'm not too sure what you're aiming for... but if you're aiming for someone who's focused on fighting, a greater arch of eyebrows (to resemble glaring) would be in order.

However, if you're aiming for an impassive expression, I think it's excellent.

As for the action lines, i think they're pretty good. Perhaps adding in a bit more grey/silver/white (or the appropriate colour for the object the action lines are related to) would be helpful in bringing out the dynamism of it?

There would probably be a slightly greater uplift of a few wispy strands as well. From what I see in the picture, it seems as if the guy's moving pretty fast. So... fast = more wind - hair lifting up more (usually)

So yeah. Hope my comment helped. ^___^

Yeah, Ryuu's supposed to be pretty indifferent all the time. You're right about the action lines though. Thanks for the tips, it's rare to get constructive comments on here XD
